Customer Service & Tour Reservationist - Full Time
Ephrata, PAElite Coach is currently looking for an energetic, competent, and friendly person to join our customer service team. This role involves front line interaction with our customers and includes taking tour reservations, customer service, and administrative duties. This is a full-time position requiring 5 days / 40 hours a week in person.
This is a challenging position that requires the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and being highly organized is a must. A successful candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, be positive and friendly, a self-starter with a desire to learn and grow with us.
Tours are primarily domestic motorcoach tours that include both day trips from the Central Pennsylvania area as well as regional overnight and multi-day tours.

Pay Range: $23-$24 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
- An associate’s degree or some post-secondary education is preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Outlook, Excel
- Excellent phone, in-person and e-mail communication skills are a must
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task, remain focused and maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with customers, vendors, and co-workers to accomplish goals
Pay Range: $23-$24 per hour
